Reclaim Heal Thrive is owned and operated by Caaren Abbott, based in the Netherlands, European Union. All purchases made through this website — including courses, 1:1 sessions, and digital products — are subject to this Refund & Fulfillment Policy.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

If you ever have a concern about a purchase, please reach out before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We're here to make it right.

You may request a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

The purchase is non-refundable. Digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be revoked once accessed.

Please note: Accessing the course materials constitutes use of the digital product. We encourage you to review the full program overview before purchasing.

Eligible for a full refund, provided lessons have not been accessed and your 1:1 call has not been scheduled or completed.

The service has been delivered and the purchase is non-refundable.

If your 1:1 call falls within the refund window, please contact us before scheduling to discuss your options.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy — 1:1 Sessions

We understand that life happens. Our session cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both sides.

  • More than 24 hours before the session: Full refund or reschedule — your choice.
  • Within 24 hours of the session: Non-refundable. The session fee is forfeited.
  • No-shows (no notice given): Non-refundable.
  • If Caaren cancels or needs to reschedule: You'll receive a full refund or a new session time — whichever you prefer.
To cancel or reschedule, please email [email protected] with your booking reference as early as possible.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your full name
  • The product or session purchased
  • Your purchase date
  • A brief reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days via Stripe.

Refunds may take 5–10 additional business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Course purchases where more than 20% of the content has been accessed
  • 1:1 sessions cancelled within 24 hours or not attended
  • Products purchased during a promotional period or with a discount code, unless otherwise stated
  • Instalment plan payments already processed — refunds only apply to amounts not yet charged

EU Consumer Rights: If you are based in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive — unless you have expressly consented to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged waiving this right. By completing your purchase, you provide this consent.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider.

We are committed to resolving concerns directly and fairly. Chargebacks that are inconsistent with this published policy may be disputed by Reclaim Heal Thrive.

8. Delivery of Digital Products

All digital courses and programs are delivered online through our learning platform. Access details are sent to your registered email address immediately following successful payment.

If you do not receive your access email within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
